*Please allow time to use the restroom prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure that we keep the day on schedule for all of our guests. Also, we request that cell phones be silenced and remain unanswered, except in the case of emergency, as a matter of respect to our technicians and other guests

Late Arrival Policy

Your appointment may be rescheduled, at the salon's discretion, for a late arrival of 10 minutes or more with a fee of 50% of the service total prior to rebooking. If services are able to be provided but any are altered or skipped, the service pricing total will remain the same as the services scheduled but at a rate of 50% due for any services not rendered. Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally you may need to make changes or reschedule your services. We appreciate 72 hour notice whenever possible; less than 48 hour notice, a no-show or habitual cancellations are subject to a fee of 50% of the service total prior to rebooking.

This helps us be able to make necessary changes in our schedule to accommodate guests on our waitlist and ensure that our time spent in the salon is as productive as possible for all of our guests. Rebooking is at the discretion of the salon.

Head/ Neck Trauma If there is any trauma, i.e. injury, wound, surgery, stitches, pain, etc. to the head or neck, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment, on the spot, and there will be a fee of 50% of the cost of services booked due prior to rebooking. If there is question, please reach out to the salon as soon as possible to discuss the situation and determine how to proceed.

Illness If there is any indication of sickness, i.e. cough, sore throat, fever, nausea, etc. we reserve the right to cancel the appointment, on the spot, and there will be a fee of 50% of the cost of services booked due prior to rebooking. If there is question, please reach out to the salon as soon as possible to discuss the situation and determine how to proceed.

Children

Although we all love children, the salon is a place for potential harm to them. There are many products that can cause illness, burns, and cuts and we want to avoid any unnecessary issues. Please make alternate arrangements for your time at the salon. As our policy currently stands, we provide services to children 16 and over to help maintain a tranquil environment for all guests.
