Our mission at Fresh is create a culture where our employees feel creative, professional and important. We try our best to maintain the mission of Aveda with care and concern for one another, the environment and society.

What We Offer
Careers at Fresh are complimentary to a work/life balance. It is our belief that a typical work week should top out at 4 days. We try our best not to work past 7 on our late nights, 3 on Saturdays and we are never open on Sundays. Hours vary by individual stylist.
We have a minimum of 14 holiday “days off” built into our schedule including individual stylists birthdays and we celebrate each birthday and Christmas with an outing! Additional days off are accepted on an individual basis.
Education within the salon is held a few times each year ranging from small in salon Lunch and Learns to full scale classes held on Mondays. Hair color education is taught by Kyle, as she is a certified Aveda Purefessional for New England. Outside education is available and may be requested or required.
