Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally you may need to make changes or reschedule your services. We appreciate 48 hours notice whenever possible; less than 24 hour notice or habitual cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees of 50% – 100% of the appointment value prior to rebooking and 100% of the missed appointment value for less than 3 hours notice, no show or no call occurrences. Your appointment may be rescheduled at the discretion of the salon for a late arrival of 10 minutes or more. This helps us to ensure that our time spent at the salon is as productive as possible; including, being able to accommodate last minute requests!

Color and Chemical Service Policy
We require a valid credit card to be placed on file for all color or chemical services scheduled to exceed 3 hours or $250. Please make any necessary cancellations 48 hours prior to your appointment start time in order to avoid cancellation fees of 50% – 100% of the estimated value of services scheduled/quoted. In the event of a no show/ no call, we may also require a 50% deposit prior to rebooking. This policy is to ensure that large appointment slots are properly utilized so that we can accommodate clients that are waiting to get in. Thank you so much for your understanding.

* Please allow for time to use the restroom prior to scheduled appointment time to ensure that we keep the day on schedule for all patrons. Also, we request that cell phones not be answered, except in the case of emergency, as a matter of respect to our technicians.
Children
Although we all love children, the salon is a place for potential harm to them. We request that other accommodations are made for all children not getting services rendered during visits to the salon. There are numerous products within the salon that can cause illness, burns and cuts and we would like to avoid any unnecessary issues as well as keeping a tranquil environment for all clients.
